Can I reply to someone who sent feedback anonymously?
Yes, if they used Anonymous Relay, which is on the Community and Pro plans. Their email is encrypted and your reply reaches them by email, so you never see who they are. Plain anonymous feedback can’t be replied to.
How much does TellSafe cost?
There’s a free plan with 25 submissions a month. Community is $4.99 a month ($3.99 billed annually) with unlimited submissions and Anonymous Relay. Pro is $9.99 a month ($7.99 billed annually) and adds waivers, surveys, exports and up to 3 organizations. Members who send feedback never pay.
Do I sign in separately?
No. TellSafe uses your StudioAnchor sign-in, at studioanchor.app/tellsafe.
