Reach, StudioAnchor’s email tool, works inside ChatGPT and as a Claude connector. Ask who’s tagged for the recital, draft the fall registration email, and check exactly who it would go to. Nothing sends until you confirm.

Things to ask

Start with a plain request.

These work as written once Reach is connected:

  • “Show me the active contacts in Reach who have the tag recital-lead.”
  • “Draft a Reach campaign announcing fall registration to all active contacts. Do not send it.”
  • “Prepare my draft fall-registration campaign for sending and show me the audience and recipient estimate. Do not commit it.”

The assistant uses Reach’s own tools: it looks up the real contacts, tags and campaigns in your workspace rather than guessing.

Safe sending

It checks with you before anything goes out.

  • Drafting is separate from sending. A draft or a prepared send changes nothing for your families.
  • You see the audience first. Before a send, the assistant shows the campaign, who it’s going to and roughly how many people.
  • Owner approval, if you want it. A studio can require an owner to approve assistant sends inside Reach; until then, no email is sent.
  • Opt-outs stay opted out. The assistant can’t re-subscribe anyone who unsubscribed.
  • Reach still needs a verified sender and your mailing address before any campaign can send.

Setup

How to connect.

ChatGPT

  1. Open the StudioAnchor Reach listing in ChatGPT and choose Install.
  2. Connect your Reach account on Reach’s own sign-in screen.
  3. Check the workspace name and the permissions, then allow the connection.

Claude and other assistants

Claude users add Reach as a custom connector from Customize → Connectors. The connector guide has the server address, permissions, how to disconnect and troubleshooting.

Questions

Which Reach plan do I need?

Studio or Pro. On Studio the assistant can look up contacts, tags and campaigns and create drafts. Sending a campaign, or starting a sequence, from the assistant needs Pro and the Send permission.

Does the assistant get my Reach password?

No. When you connect, Reach opens its own sign-in and permission screen. You approve view, edit or send access for one workspace, and you can disconnect from Reach’s settings at any time.

Can the assistant email my whole list by accident?

Sending takes two steps. The assistant first prepares the send and shows the campaign, the audience and the number of recipients; only a separate confirm step sends it. A studio can also require an owner to approve assistant sends inside Reach before any email goes out.

Can it re-add someone who unsubscribed?

No. The connector can update a contact’s details, but it can’t re-subscribe someone who unsubscribed.
