What it does

What a studio sells, in one shop.

  • Merch with sizes and stockSell t-shirts, dancewear and bags with sizes or colors, and Store tracks stock for each one. Paid plans can also print on demand through Printful.
  • Recital and event ticketsSell tickets in tiers, send each buyer a ticket with a QR code, and scan them at the door with a phone. Download the attendee list any time.
  • Pre-orders for studio t-shirtsOpen sales before stock exists, cap how many you’ll take, and keep a waitlist that gets emailed when items are back. On paid plans.
  • Gift cards and digital downloadsSell gift cards that work at checkout (paid plans), and digital files like recital videos or practice tracks, delivered by a secure download link (every plan).
  • Orders handled in one placeSee every order’s status, with anything unusual flagged for you. Issue full or partial refunds, print shipping labels on supported plans, and export to a spreadsheet.
  • A shop that looks like your studioPick a template and your colors, and add your FAQ, about and policy pages. Ryla, StudioAnchor’s AI assistant, can make product images on paid plans.

Store is live at studioanchor.app/store. Sign up, connect your Stripe account, and the setup walks you through your storefront and first product.

Store doesn’t do everything yet. It doesn’t calculate sales tax, it doesn’t sell one-time class packs, and memberships that book classes wait on Book. Connecting your own domain needs a hand from us for now.

Questions

Can I sell recital tickets and merch in the same checkout?

Yes. One cart can hold merch, digital downloads and event tickets. Gift cards are bought on their own product page, and subscriptions check out on their own.

How do recital tickets work at the door?

Each ticket gets its own code and QR code. At the door, staff scan it with a phone camera or type the code in, and each ticket can be used once. You can also download the attendee list.

Can I sell class packs or memberships in Store?

Not yet. Store doesn’t sell one-time class packs today, and memberships that book classes are waiting on Book, StudioAnchor’s scheduling module, which is still in development. Store does sell recurring subscriptions on its paid plans.

Does Store calculate sales tax?

No. Store doesn’t calculate or collect sales tax today, so check what applies to your sales with your accountant.

Where does the money go?

Straight to your studio’s own Stripe account, which you connect when you set up Store.

How much does Store cost?

There’s a free plan to start, plus two paid plans. Current prices and per-sale fees are shown inside Store when you sign up; to move to a paid plan, email [email protected].
