1. No unlawful or harmful activity

Do not use StudioAnchor to facilitate illegal activity; exploitation; credible threats; harassment; discrimination; fraud; deceptive impersonation; or the creation, distribution, or solicitation of unlawful content.

2. No spam or abusive messaging

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, use purchased or scraped lists without a lawful and permitted basis, conceal sender identity, bypass unsubscribe requirements, manipulate engagement, or continue messaging people who have opted out. Customers are responsible for consent, sender identification, mailing-address, and other applicable communication requirements.

3. Respect data and credentials

Do not access, collect, infer, upload, or disclose personal data without authority. Do not share passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, session cookies, or other credentials; attempt to obtain them deceptively; or use a connection outside the scope approved by its owner.

4. Protect people and sensitive workflows

Do not use feedback, survey, waiver, member, employment, or payment-related features to retaliate, expose confidential respondents, discriminate unlawfully, or make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review and lawful process.

5. No platform or API circumvention

Do not probe, scan, exploit, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer where prohibited, evade rate or plan limits, bypass approvals, defeat tenant boundaries, introduce malware, automate abusive traffic, or use undocumented endpoints to obtain unauthorized access.

6. Enforcement and reporting

We may limit, suspend, or remove content or access when reasonably necessary to investigate a violation, protect the service, comply with law, or prevent harm. We consider context, severity, repetition, and remediation. Report abuse to [email protected] and security vulnerabilities to [email protected].
